  1. have registered in the TPS Race 2 @ Punggol 21km run;
  2. are looking for some training buddies/guides; and/or
  3. want to keep yourself motivated.

  1. love running and want to help others to do better;
  2. want to be able to participate in a run without the frills; and/or
  3. want to keep others and yourself motivated.

Then why not join our participants progressive training sessions and/or pacing groups and get to know more like-minded runners?

* For participants’ and your own benefit/safety, do ensure that you have run at least 1 half marathon (21.1km) in the last 6 months with a personal best timing of at least 5 to 10 minutes faster than the pace that you are applying.
